Vendor Selection Policy
At the Farmers Market Hub (Artisans 301), we do not rent booth space. Instead, our Board of Directors carefully selects the products that are offered for sale. Vendors are chosen based on how well their goods fit our mission as a small grocery-style market serving everyday needs.
All products are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. We appreciate the interest of local makers and producers, and we are glad to consider items that align with the criteria below.
Local Requirements
Both the vendor and the product must be from Cherokee County, Oklahoma.
What We Carry

We Do Not Carry
We do not carry art, jewelry, clothing, or decorative items. These categories are already well represented in other storefronts throughout Tahlequah, and our limited space is reserved for grocery-type products that meet immediate needs.
This grant program provides direct financial support to local artisans, makers, and farmers in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, to help cover vital operational expenses.
